Cabot Factory FinishTM is specifically formulated for the machine-finishing process and the application to siding prior to installation. This state-of-the-art
coating provides wood and engineered wood products with maximum protection. Most commonly used for new siding, this low-lustre 100% acrylic finish is guaranteed for 15 years and is tintable to
unlimited custom colors.
All six sides of the board, including the buttends,
are completely covered ensuring the
ultimate protection from nature's elements.
The product is then brushed deep into the
surface for maximum penetration and is
allowed to dry thoroughly prior to leaving the
factory - stabilizing the siding and preventing
possible shrinkage. The finished siding arrives
at the construction site totally protected from
exposure to water and sunlight.

finish that is exceptionally long lasting. 100% acrylic
based, these tough exterior coatings keep moisture
out and protect lumber from warping and checking.
They provide a beautiful, texture enhancing,
eggshell finish on Watkins’ smooth and rough-sawn
sidewall products and are ideal for use on siding
and trim. Formulated specifi cally for machine
application,this mildew-resistant, water-repellent,
extremely tough finish will resist mars and scratches.
Application of Cabot Factory Finish under the
factory-controlled conditions of a machine
applicator insures that the product is applied to all
sides of the lumber,com pletely protecting the
lumber before it reaches he job site.
